“Judi & Kyle make up the dynamic duo! I knew my wedding day would go flawlessly with them in charge. Judi made me feel so calm and at ease throughout the entire process, and especially on the day of. She also did the lettering for my welcome sign and seating chart and they turned out to be so beautiful! Kyle is incredible and will bend over backwards to make things happen and was on top of every detail. My husband and I were never without a drink in our hands because of Kyle’s attention to detail!

The morning of my wedding we were battling rain, guest cancellations and a stain on my wedding dress. Judi and Kyle handled everything so seamlessly. They set up umbrellas and helped wipe down benches, reworked a few tables AND removed the stain from my dress. They can truly do it all. “If I could, I'd give 10 stars to Judi and Kyle. Truly they are the BEST. Judi was the coordinator and calligrapher for my sister's wedding back in 2017. When it was time to plan my own wedding there was no question that I'd check her availability for my day. By this time she had brought Kyle on board and wow what a team! Not only did they help me find vendors that fit with my style and requirements (local and sustainable!), coordinate the contracts, deal with any issues that came up, and help me make decisions about the day itself - they also rescheduled all our vendors not once but TWICE (Thanks COVID). Leading up to the wedding they answered my hundreds of questions, gave the best suggestions, and were just there for us! No detail is overlooked with these two - they literally know everything. Day of I worried about NOTHING. My entire focus (and my family's) was on celebrating our love! It was magic and I have Dotting the i to thank for that. Have I mentioned how hilarious they are? You'll be laughing instead of stressing out. Oh also - Judi rented me table numbers, made beautiful signage, name cards, and picked out my candles/votives. Give her free rein to work her magic and you won't regret it. If I haven't gushed enough just know I recommend them to everyone and I would choose them over and over again (If only you could relive your wedding day over and over again!) “I don't even know where to start-- Judi and Kyle are wonderful; they are a dream team, a true dynamic duo who can make all your wedding dreams come true!
Our "vision" for our wedding was kind of all over the place, and we struggled to describe it or find pictures of exactly what we wanted, but somehow Judi was able to take my scattered thoughts and turn them into a beautiful, cohesive design. Judi and Kyle got us in contact with with best vendors, and were there to talk us through contracts and answer any questions we had (which we had plenty). And they respond so quickly! Seriously, so fast.
I expected to be at least a bit stressed about something on my wedding day, but with Judi and Kyle on your team it's impossible. Everything goes flawlessly (or I guess if it doesn't, they do a good job of making everyone think it does... so what's the difference?!) On top of all that, Judi's calligraphy is stunning and adds a personal touch to "typical" wedding decor.
So yes, Dotting the i is everything you could want in a wedding planning team-- organized, timely, creative, and detail oriented, but more than that, Judi and Kyle were a pleasure to work with. They are thoughtful and kind and so. dang. fun. Oh and great dancers!

“Planning and executing a wedding is one of those things where you don’t realize the extent of your ignorance until you’re actually doing it (I’m sure this is especially true for most grooms). Looking back at Ashley and my two-year engagement and wedding planning, I’m not sure how we could have done it without Judi. Her knowledge about which vendors to use, what details to consider, and her general advice about the wedding industry saved us money, time, and sanity. Simply put, hiring Judi pays for itself. We had the wedding of our dreams, and we didn’t have to stress about any logistics leading up to and during the big day. However, equally important, everything went exactly as planned down to the minute. Even one of our photographers mentioned how he’s never seen a wedding go so well with the absence of any freak-outs, stress, or logistic hiccups. "We can’t say enough about Judi and Dotting the i. We hired Judi to help us with our wedding in July 2017. She told us that she offered ‘day of services’ when really she did so much more than that. She promptly answered our many emails, she was available to meet prior to the wedding and she attended our final walk through and rehearsal at our venue. On the day of the wedding, we truly were stress-free (and our mothers were too!). Judi was extremely organized and efficient. She kept her cool and took care of business all day long.
